We're looking for an assistant Customer Marketing Manager to join the commercial team at Cereal Partners UK in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. We offer a generous package including, bonus and pension.

The role of Assistant Customer Marketing Manager will be to assist the Business Manager with the management of CPUK's branded and customer brand portfolios within designated Business Unit to achieve company marketing, sales and profit objectives. Tailor marketing programmes to meet both the account's individual consumer needs and CPUK brand strategy.

Our Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for an assistant Customer Marketing Manager to join our Cereal Partners commercial team execute specific marketing activities liaising as necessary with internal departments and customer contact base and ensure excellent execution. e.g. special packs, point of sale, merchandising units / displays, advertising materials, sampling, dot com, couponing.

You will

•Generate and implement a 12 month rolling marketing plan to meet company volume objectives and evaluate ROI.
•Build relationships with key marketing and trading personnel, prepare and present presentations.
•Act as brand value custodian for Nestlé brands / Customer brands and maintain overall Nestlé / CPUK brand equities.
•Leverage promotional licences and champion special projects: Commercial brand champion for NPD and Oats and More and other projects across customers on an ad hoc basis e.g. themed events.
•Manage the day to day relationship and costs with all merchandising display related design and production agencies from initial brief through to in store execution.
•Liaise with CB Product Manager and Brand Managers on customer specific on pack promotion and special pack requirements.
•Working alongside the category development resource, to manage data analysis and insight gathering from all data sources - market data, customer specific and consumer data to influence the marketing plan.
•CRM (SAP) – track and manage spend on Nestle Brands, Customer Brands and marketing activities

You
You'll be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and be an accomplished communicator, who has a methodical and problem solving approach. You'll be focused on the detail, whilst never losing sight of the wider picture. As part of this role will involve you liaising with the wider CPUK teams in order to resolve queries, it is paramount that applicants possess strong interpersonal skills and a “can do” approach.
