An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a marketer to join the Nestle Health Science team in Gatwick, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager Medical Nutrition. The role will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager with the execution of brand plans for the Paediatrics and Medical Nutrition of Health Science.

Our Opportunity

As Assistant Brand Manager – Paediatrics & Medical Nutrition, you will support the development and execution of brand plans with successful contribution to the generation and execution of brand plan for the Paediatric portfolio specifically Allergies (Althera/ Alfamino and GI (Modulen IBD). The Assistant Brand Manager will help to build, drive and maintain brand equity, achieve brand volume, market share and profit objectives, and contribute to product Innovation and Renovation.

Key responsibilities of the role are:

· Ensure that volume, profit and share targets for the Paediatric platforms
· Support in implementing and communicating the brand plans for the category.
· As part of the wider marketing team provide input at brand and category level to the commercial planning process in line with Senior Brand Manager.
· Help to manage (to budget) appropriate PFME for the Category in consultation aligned to Senior Brand Manager.
· Lead and manage the communication development process starting with Insight leading to differentiated competitive positioning and manage agency relationships in this effort.
· Work with key stakeholders to tailor make communications platform for individual customers.

You

We're looking for someone with marketing/Assistant Brand Management experience from a Pharma, life sciences, healthcare or medical nutrition background, who may or may not be educated to degree level or the equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of marketing brands and supporting a brand team. You'll be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with your colleagues across Nestlé. You will have understanding and experience of marketing principles and you'll ideally have exposure and experience of understanding needs of the patients and healthcare professionals. You will also have experience of successfully working with cross functionally and with a salesforce to deliver your communication plans. You will be results focussed and systems orientated with a positive can do approach, as well as having a strong desire to progress and take on more responsibility. You will ideally be from a marketing or sales background, have experience of key stakeholder and key opinion leader management, with strong project management skills.

You'll have superb analytical skills, and be numerate with a reporting mind-set, as there is a high level of numbers, database and reporting involved with this role. You will be well-organised and have a sound knowledge of Excel and Power Point

Nestlé has a strong benefits package which includes, for this role £30K-£35K basic salary, competitive pension, up to 8% bonus and 25 days holiday.
