Job description
Responsibilities:
· Understand the customers contact and order methods/frequency whilst promoting efficiency of tools to achieve error-free data. Follow the order cut-off time and end-to-end process are being well managed on a daily basis inclusing allocate and de-allocate the stocks, timeline being followed, correct customer requirement such as date, time and SKUs. Works well with warehouse by sending order summary for OBD creation purposes and ensuring right SKUs, right quantity are being delivered to customer.
· Understand system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing/credit control issues surrounding the order. Take corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow. Ensuring healthcheck and exception report are being consistently maintain on daily basis.
· View or maintain master data regarding the customer, point of delivery, lead times, booking times, delivery windows or product portfolio (listing or exclusions). Ensuring correct data being updated such as plant and etc.
· Have visibility of stock or timeliness issues impacting the demand of the customer; liaise with Demand/Supply Planner and communicate to the sales people on any impact from stock allocation or supply issues.
· Access or maintain information regarding service level and customer satisfaction levels Work with claims, Return and Refusals personnel to resolve issues in terms of Customer Complaint (CCCF) and rejection upon arrival.
· Use of reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders or deliveries. Close down the order by following the delivery date and the correct reason code being used.
Requirements:
· Possess a degree in any related field.
· Preferably with 2 years operational experience in customer service in a similar market environment or trade structure.
· Or relevant operational experience in :- Generating demand e.g. Sales or customer administration; Experience with call center or direct sales environment; Experience for or with customer; Operational experience in supply chain functions; Experience in related business improvement projects.
