In order to complete our Accounting department, we are currently looking for an Account Receivable Specialist. In this role you will be responsible to solve issues in collaboration with Customer Service and Sales department to ensure that invoices are paid on time. You will treat reconciliation issues per customer and ensure clean customer accounts for Special Customers. You will be part of 2 language pools for Standard Customers (German and French). Additionally, you will be the preferred contact person for Nestlé Waters Switzerland.
<b> Key responsibilities </b>
·Contact customers for outstanding amounts and frequent payment delays
·Ensure a daily follow-up of work items in cash collection tool, by calling customers
·Perform regular customer account analysis and send dunning letters
·Update Scorecards and KPI measures for operational reviews
·Lead small projects and improvement initiatives
·Perform problem solving and process analysis
·Document processes
<b> Education and experience </b>
·Relevant diploma/certificate in general administration or Finance (bachelor, HEIG or equivalent)
·At least 3 years' experience in a finance or customer service department
·Proficiency in German & French required (oral & written), English is a strong asset
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
