We are delighted to announce the opportunity for, 1/2 aspiring music industry professionals, to invite them into the heart of a live music events company.
This role will primarily focus on nurturing Social Media/ Marketing skills for both festivals and live music events.
Key aim of the social media function is to identify and engage with the relevant audience for each show, generate high levels of interest, commitment and eventually to achieve sell out shows.
The remit is to not only cover Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, but also other channels such as music blogs, email marketing and the printed media.
Main responsibilities for this function is to:
develop a phased media strategy for each show
identify target audiences
develop high quality social media content to use in Posts etc
schedule social media postings for effective reach
monitor the efficacy of social media strategies and adjust as necessary
The success of the function is measured by significant increases in Facebook etc followings, number of responses to events posted on social media, and ultimately on ticket sales.
