The Partnership Relations Coordinator supports the Business Development management in planning and implementing our Business Development plans; including incentives, reporting, events, ship visits and a numbr of award ceremonies throughtout the year with our travel partners, amongst other activities.

Responsibilites include;

  • Handling inbound queries from travel partners to resolve or redirect as necessary. Manage un-serviced agent queries:
    • Ensuring inclusion in database
    • Owner of Partnership Relations inbox and phone line
    • Continuous reporting to track performance, identifying agents requiring/justifying Business Development Specialist/Manager ownership
    • Always looking for ways to improve Partnership Relations and assist in development of effective communication
    • Responsibility for proactively driving MICE business in UK
    • Regular communication to, research and expansion of MICE database within CRM Research of potential opportunities
    • Develop sales tools resources and presentations
    • Close liaison with Miami in preparation and delivery of quotes

Assisting Business Development team, travel partners and other assigned accounts as needed

  • Ownership of Agency Master Map - identifying Head offices and sub agencies with their Agency IDs, statement roll ups and commission and override terms
  • Responsibility for management, enhancement and implementation of CRM system across the Business Development team - devise development plan and timelines, team training and alignment with CE Business Development team usage and knowledge.
  • Regularly monitoring and reporting on business activities conducted in CRM and set reports. Manage CRM up-keep - data cleansing, sales district changes, weekly reporting
  • Work closely with revenue to report to team on success/ROI of agent co-op activity

Management of Business Development Director’s support, diary and travel

  • Cross department support, communication and cooperation
  • Daily updates with Business Development Director and Partnership Relations Manager
  • Establish and develop trade partners’ knowledge of product, resources and online booking engine - through NCLU and Travel Partner website
  • Conduct effective relationship building through clear and constant communication
  • Management of the planning, co-ordination and implementation of trade partner co-op events that Director of Business Development is involved in. e.g. conferences, exhibitions, roadshows
  • Proficient in BI Compass - where necessary, support with Agency performance reporting
  • Optimize agent-facing processes in order to make doing business with us easier. Manage agent prizes and incentives process - ensuring full incentives T&Cs are provided, logged and communication to winning agents
  • Assist with special projects as assigned - perform other job related functions as assigned
  • Remain current on corporate information, policies, procedures, sales and marketing programs, corporate communications and related materials. Follow corporate policies and procedures.

Assist with Scandinavian Market activities where necessary
