Description:
NBC Universal is transitioning a majority of its Talent Management systems to cloud solutions, specifically SuccessFactors. This role will play a major part to ensure a successful journey towards achieving this goal. Day-to-day activities include:

·  Support NBC Universal's current Talent Management processes based on SAP/SuccessFactors on premise and cloud solutions. Scope encompasses Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition and Learning Management.

·  Lead and guide NBC Universal to transition from existing SAP on premise Talent Solutions to SuccessFactors, as well as establish new solutions for new process areas. Scope encompasses Rewards & Recognition (specifically Compensation), Talent Review/Profile, Onboarding, etc.

·  Support existing SAP HCM on premise or SuccessFactors integrations with other vendor Talent applications.
All activities require a solid foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes, the ability to work with business users to understand and gather requirements as well translating these requirements into high quality solutions. Functional and technical SAP/SuccessFactors expertise is required, as well as collaboration with NBC Universal IT teams to complete a holistic solution. Due to restrictions in how far cloud solutions can be configured or technically extended it is expected that this role brings creative thinking and knowledge of latest features and functions provided by SucccessFactors to the table.
The role is expected to perform hands-on configuration and development work when needed as well as provide guidance to IT or HR team members.

This position will report directly to the Manager of Talent Management Systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent

·  10+ years designing and building HR IT solutions

·  7-8+ years HR IT Project Management experience, including full life-cycle implementations

·  3+ years experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions, minimum of 2-3 years completed implementations

·  5+ years experience specifically in SuccessFactors foundation BizX and modules Performance Management, Talent Profile, Compensation with related security, reporting, technical and functional aspects

·  3+ years experience with SAP HCM employee life cycle management and corresponding functional and technical expertise

·  Up to date on latest SAP/SuccessFactors cloud innovations including Integration Platform, Enhancement Framework, Intelligent Services, etc.

·  Proficient in creating high quality solution documents

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
