Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The Sr.Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will effectively support Finance and other departments bypreparing financial reports for budgeting, forecasting, free cash flows, business cases and special analysis. This position will be involved in business expansion, transition and Joint Venture projects. The role will field an increased volume of information requests from both the business and corporate areas. This includes assuring accuracy of reports, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide support for annual planning cycle deliverables: Long Range Plan (LRP), Budget, Quarterly forecasts, Pacing's (monthly forecast), etc.
· Ensure accuracy of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
· Assist in identifying business risks and opportunities and incorporating them in the monthly forecasts
· Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations for LRP, budgets and quarterly results
· Creating and Maintaining the monthly free cash flow reporting package
· Support the Operations and Original Production VP's
· Special projects & ad hoc analysis as required by management

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required. MBA preferred

Desired Characteristics
· Experience analyzing data and business metrics preferably in the Entertainment industry
· Experience with bottom-up forecasting a plus
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high level of proficiency in PowerPoint
· Experience with SAP,BW and BPC/Hyperion or equivalent software a plus
· High attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus
· Ability to work independently under general supervision
