Responsibilities
A blend of strategy and creative, the social coordinator is responsible for working in conjunction with the wider Digital Production Team to create global social content with enough local nuance to get people so excited for hayu, that they sign up and watch. So, if you love trashy telly as much as Kim Kardashian loves a selfie and are as knowledgeable about social as Kanye is about Kanye then you just might be the right person to join the hayu team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Daily management of the social feeds, both scheduled publishing and real time response to the hayu audience
· Grow and manage the hayu social community across all platforms
· Analyse and regularly report back on the performance of each social platform and each territory
· Work closely with the Digital Production Team to create assets that drive engagement and earned media
· Hone and maintain tone of voice
· Give support, as needed, to hayu helps/customer support team

Qualifications/Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working at a brand or company with a proven track record running must-follow social channels.
• An affinity for reality content to include series like Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Real Housewives franchises.
• Ability to proactively identify topical opportunities to tap into real time conversations across platforms.
• Ability to write snappy, witty, and engaging copy, journalism or blogging experience is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
• A high level understanding of social media, both as a user and in a professional capacity
• A flexible attitude (including willingness to contribute out of hours when needed) and team-oriented mentality
• Strong written and organisational skills
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
