Job description
Responsibilities
The Show Coordinator is primarily responsible for overall management of attraction documentation including, but not limited to Deliverables Lists, Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents, Attraction Design Drawings, Attraction Scope and all other pertinent Attraction Records.
Responsibilities
· Collaborates with Show Producers on the organization and submission of all project related documentation required for third party Intellectual Property (IP) approval and ensures that the database is maintained to reflect accurate records of all pertinent project correspondence and listed show / ride elements.
· Ensure that all project team members have complete and current information on project scope, budget, schedule procurement and development strategies
· Collaborates with project management in the development and processing of all RFP Documents required to procure needed show elements for each attraction.
· Contributes to the facilitation, organization and reporting of project team meetings and maintains action item lists with responsibilities, duties and current status.
· Partners with the project's producers to complete special assignments
· Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Associate's degree in Arts or Science is required. Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science is preferred.
• Prefer 1 - 3 years Coordinator or Administrative Assistant experience in themed design/production environment. Related theme park experience is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Consistent Attendance. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Desired Characteristics
• Scope is moderately routine; general policies applied. Some decision-making. Influences decisions of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact.
• Ability to review and understand architectural, engineering, and ride / show documentation including specification and blueprints, understanding of production / design terminology is required.
• Must be able to occasionally walk for prolonged periods of time, hear audible alarms, voice commands with background noise, work in an environment subject to vibrations, reach/pull/push with hands and arms below head
• Lift and push up to 15 pounds with control
• Must use frequent close vision with/without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision with/without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision, peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), ability to adjust focus in varied light conditions (low, strobe)
• Must be able to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions to include direct sunlight, heat, or cold
• Will require the use of a motorized company vehicle or a leased or personal vehicle for company business
