Job description

Responsibilities

Sales, Product, Client and Marketing Support

·Coordinating the monthly deal tracker and bi-monthly budget update

·Handling volume deals for the territory, processing changes

·Working closely with product development groups to help create localized summary updates to be sent to clients

·Organizing and arranging large client meetings and specialized Slate Presentations

·Arranging standalone client screenings including sending invites, booking the screening room, ordering catering, liaising with marketing

·Completing the allocations for feature packages that are agreed

·Managing and completing deals with clients

·Work closely with theSenior Vice President Sales Liaison, and other members of the Family Entertainment team

·Prepare product availability reports, Field Orders for agreed deals and updating CRM with completed deals (and any deal amendments)

·Coordinate and manage client requests

·Creating and maintaining product tracker and soliciting client feedback on new shows

·Working with the team to help build the budget within the CRM system and maintaining the sales budget planningand reporting online system

·Circulate programme sell sheets and research one sheets to clients

·Liaise with the Distribution team regarding supply of materials to broadcasters

·Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure client support and provision of marketing materials

·Liaise with the Finance team regarding contract payment and billing

·Liaise with clients with respect to screener/promo access and client product queries

·Liaise with Consumer Products to provide regional broadcast intelligence and market updates

·Collect scheduling and transmission date for key programming in order to maintain the global broadcast calendar and Netflix compliance documents

Administrative Support

·Manage calendar and coordinate meetings/conference calls

·Maintain and update the client database

·Provide administrative support for various projects including PowerPoint and other presentation materials

·Process Expense reports, book taxis, handle incoming/outgoing telephone calls

·Arrange client events, meetings

·Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and photocopying

·Maintain office records/files

·Process and prepare client letters and packages

·Administer, order and track office supplies

Markets and travels

·Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the Family Entertainment Team

·Coordinate and schedule meetings and social events for markets (MIP Jr., Mipcom, Kidscreen, MIFA, and LA Screenings)

Assistance

·Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

·Act as liaison between the Family Entertainment Team and internal departments (i.e., Consumer Products, Marketing, Legal, New Media, Home Video, Formats and Fulfillment)

Qualifications/Requirements

The Sales Liaison Coordinator is responsible for overall coordination of marketing material, product management, client liaison and overall administrative support to the Family Entertainment Team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent
• Experience of generating data driven reports
• Ability to work independently and drive projects through to completion
• Proactive and solution focused individual with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills: reliable, detail focused, strong sense of initiative with the ability to multitask
• Able to balance and prioritize a busy workload
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability & willingness to learn new computer systems
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Interested to progress in a TV sales career
• Knowledge of SAFE and Sales Force software
• Must have excellent communication skills including report/letter writing and excellent telephone manner
• Experience of working in an administrative role
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner
• Previous experience within a Sales media environment preferred
• Experience/knowledge of Kids TV business a plus
• Foreign language skills advantageous
