An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and admin savvy individual to be an integral part of the creative/promotions department at Bravo.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, this position provides strategic and administrative support to the on-air promotions department, coordinating the scheduling and production of channel promotions from start to broadcast.

This role requires a detail-oriented mind with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. With training, you will understand broadcast standards and censorship, and know the impact promotions play in the look and feel of the network. This position is a central communications point for the department, so you will have proven ability to be a strong communicator with a friendly and organised manner.

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter, with proven ability to work independently, prioritizing, multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines. Ideally you are interested in reality TV, pop culture and Bravo.

About the role:

·  Responsible for scheduling off-peak promos daily in IBMS
·  Work closely with the Promo Producers, Program Scheduler, Online Editors and external parties to assure smooth communication of all necessary information, and delivery of all materials.
·  Work with the Creative Manager and Research Manager to implement and adapt strategy.
·  Create all promos in IBMS accurately and ensure the promo producers have the correct material to work with.
·  Manage the promo inventory and export promos for social media and VOD, as well as any cross promotion.
·  Ensure all archiving and required data basing, including music returns, are regularly updated and accurate for easy retrieval
·  Liaise with outside companies/vendors to deliver reports and material on time
·  Contribute creatively with ideas and suggestions as required, with the opportunity to learn more about making promos.

Organisational and administration experience and with proven ability to effectively multi-task
Happy to roll with the punches and able to anticipate complications/find solutions.
Good communication and organizational skills, meticulous and with an eye for detail.

Ability to exercise initiative and flexibility.
Not afraid of a deadline driven environment
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with personnel from all levels.
Experience using IBMS or similar Broadcast systems is preferred although training will be provided
Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
Experience in editing on AVID or similar systems is ideal but not essential
