Responsibilities
JOB OBJECTIVE
To manage marketing support systems, to provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing department and assist with the marketing activities of NBCUniversal's filmed entertainment and television product to New Media outlets (Pay Per View, VOD, Subscription VOD, Ad-based Free On Demand, Electronic Sell-Through) throughout EMEA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
· Schedule meetings as requested by Marketing Team and where appropriate attend key meetings taking notes and distributing action points to attendees.
· Assist with client communications, meetings & A.V. set up as well as with forthcoming product presentations, screenings and client facing events (inc. booking, invites & guest lists)
· Management of raising and processing purchase orders, invoice coding, proformas, vendor set ups and fielding enquiries where necessary.
· Coordinating the shipping and fulfillment of merchandise orders.
· Assist collaboratively with cross-functional group requests across international divisions of NBC Universal, including Account Management, Sales, Creative, Theatrical and Home Entertainment.
· Oversee all ad hoc Marketing requests inc. facilities, I.T. and stationary orders.
· Perform other marketing duties and/or projects as needed.
· Assist with Diary, Travel and Expenses for Marketing VP & Directors.

Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements/Skills:
• A passion for TV/Film product with an understanding of New Media / Digital Media industry strongly preferred.
• Solid administration, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive & highly motivated self-starter.
• Strong project co-ordination, with ability to juggle several competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of computer packages, Word, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Strong team player with ability to build and maintain relationships both internally within the organization and externally.
