Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Audience Development manager will assist in all aspects of managing our portfolio of existing and future web traffic partnerships from beginning to end of contract lifecycle. This person will be charged with finding ways to increase the size of our audience on digital properties, as well as diversifying and better engaging our existing audience.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with marketing, research, and editorial departments to improve user acquisition and retention strategies
· Produce on-site and competitive deep dives to determine traffic drivers, audience spikes and partner impacts
· Identify lifetime values across different audience segments of all business lines
· Explore ROI drivers across all audience segments including organic, paid search, direct, social
· Work with inter-departmental team to build content hubs for distribution in search & social
· Work to generate leads for revenue positive partnerships

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field
· Minimum 3 years of experience with Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics or Omniture) and Ad driven websites
· Ability to set and meet deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
· Expert Excel user with forecasting experience
· Understanding of Cable Eco-System and digital products
