Role Summary and Purpose:
NBCU's Global Media Operations' organization has an opportunity for a talented professional to join an emerging team focused on content localization projects. The Localization Coordinator will support the development of localization dubbing and subtitle workflows and will be responsible for managing dubbing localization projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met. This will require the Coordinator to build and maintain effective relationships with global vendors, and to independently problem-solve when issues arise with content. The Coordinator will also ensure that all billing processes are conducted correctly, and he/she will partner with the Manager of Localization to ensure accurate data is reported, and orders are executed correctly, within budget, and on time.
Responsibilities:
· Oversight of localization projects from the point of a business unit's request, through to completion and ingest into internal media management systems
· Define, document, and maintain operational processes and workflows, particularly with regards to ordering and billing systems
· Responsible for managing order preparation including but not limited to organizing content data, following up with various locations for missing material, tracking and locating scripts and various documentation required, and updating systems to track material delivered
· Work closely with internal divisions and global vendors to resolve any content related issues
· Be in constant communication with global vendors regarding status of localization work
· Track and report out global vendor savings metrics
· Create presentation materials for executive level review

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 years' experience in Post Production, broadcast media, localization, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years' experience working in
• Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple groups and levels in an organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing technical environment
• Ability to handle and prioritize time-sensitive issues and materials

Desired Characteristics
• Bachelors degree in media, TV, digital, or a related field
• Project management experience highly preferred
• Highly valued: Powerpoint expertise and the ability to present information visually for comprehension across many audiences
• Familiarity with Smartsheet a plus
• Excellent judgment and decision-making ability
• Ability to collect and relay accurate information about assets both verbally and written format to business partners and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline oriented environment
• Highly organized, detailed oriented, and comfortable with multi-step workflows
• Highly motivated and collegial
