Responsibilities

In the area of Anime, finding original pieces, developing business plans/ projects to explore integrated business opportunities in various media (TV/ DVD) and other products as well as licensing strategy, and persuade internal/ external stakeholders including investors and creators to direct production of various products and lead planning and implementations of monetization plans.

アニメ作品の制作・宣伝をプロモーションしコンテンツビジネスを企画立案する。原作を発掘し、各種メディア（ＴＶ/HE/Digital/etc.）やその他の派生商品やライセンス政策を総合的に展開するビジネスプランを描き、出資社やクリエーターを含む社内外関係者を説得した上で、各種商品の製作指揮をとり、その様々な収益化の方策を立案し、その実行をリードする。

Key Responsibilities
原作を発掘し、製作委員会の組成/運営し、制作、商品化の流れから宣伝までを一貫してコントロールすることにより、期待される収益を実現する。レベルの高いプロデューサーは複数のテーマについて、下記の流れをリードする。
• 制作およびマーケティングまたはセールスと協働して消費者に働きかける宣伝プロモーション業務を遂行

• マーケ原作発掘
 ターゲットとする消費者の動向を把握するように感度のよいアンテナを張りめぐらす
 多様な原作候補の中からアニメ化、商品化による収益を見込めるものを見出す
 原作者の信頼を得てライセンスを交渉・獲得する関係を構築する
 オリジナル作品を開発できるセンス及び人脈を作り上げる（構築できる）

• 企画
 各種メディアへの展開や商品化/権利化による収益化を構想する
 スポンサーを含む関係者への事前説明/調整を行い、企画の実現性を高めておく
 収益化のためのＢＰ及びＰ＆Ｌを作成し経営の承認を得る
 社内関係部署(マーケティング、法務、営業など)との連携をとって企画の実行案を作成する
 持ち込み企画に対しても上記を判断し企画する

• 製作委員会の組成と運営
 出資社の意思決定者を説得し、製作委員会を立ち上げ、リードする
 企画の進捗や実際の収益化の状況を把握し、委員会に報告する
 プランとの乖離を埋めるための方策(追加プロモーションなど)を機動的に立案し、関係部署を動かす

• 制作監督
 制作会社、監督、キャスト・アーティスト（エージェント含む）等を選定、交渉し妥結させる
 アニメ化にむけた脚本、動画、音楽をレビューし、必要な修正を説得し実施させる
 マスターを最終チェックし管理する
 作品の制作進捗を随時管理しスケジュールを守るべく指示・実行する
 付随する各種商品が基本コンセプトを逸脱しないようにガイド/チェックする

• 商品化支援
 商品化の展開プランを立案して、必要なアクションをとる
 印税、製作費、MG等契約条件を交渉し、法務/営業部門等と協力して妥結に導く

• 組織開発
 後輩に的確なアドバイスを行う
 分担できる仕事はチームでこなし、組織効率を高める
 優秀なプロデューサーやその候補者のスカウトを行う

• 業界ネットワークの構築とＮＢＣＵブランドの向上(高いレベルのポジション)
 原作者（社）、アニメ制作会社、クリエーターとの強いネットワークを持っている
 実績にもとづく信用がＮＢＣＵのブランドも高め、企画に活かされている
