Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant, Portfolio Sales Marketing position reports to the SVP, Portfolio Sales Marketing, and is responsible for both administrative duties and assisting in the ad sales trade marketing efforts of the properties of NBCUniversal. This position requires the ability to simultaneously manage multiple marketing projects while coordinating the administrative functions for the SVP and 4 VPs for Portfolio Sales Marketing.
Responsibilities
· Administrative: Scheduling meetings; compiling and creating agendas for recurring meetings; providing professional phone coverage; maintaining contacts; managing budgets and expense reports; managing multiple calendars; determining importance of meeting requests and scheduling accordingly; coordinating of staff meetings and conference calls; etc. In addition, candidate will act as liaison with all internal and external groups on behalf of the Portfolio Sales Marketing management team. Candidate will maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters and documents.
· Ad Sales Trade Marketing: Candidate will assist the SVP, VPs and their teams as needed, providing exposure across the NBCU Portfolio of properties. Candidate will also manage various inbound marketing-related requests liaise with all appropriate internal groups (Network Partnerships, Consumer/Trade Marketing, Sales, Research, etc.) to facilitate seamless, efficient and transparent communication. Duties will include: updating presentations; managing Box.com accounts; assisting in development of sales collateral and materials; helping to maintain client database; managing special projects; assisting Client Experience team with development/execution of various sales events; etc.

• 1+ years of experience with an advertising agency, brand client or media company sales organization background, where the individual was responsible for supporting team with administrative duties, as well as previous exposure to marketing projects.
• Bachelor's Degree
