Responsibilities

We seek a highly-motivated and detail-oriented individual to be responsible for the day-to-day email development, support and troubleshooting of key marketing, loyalty, promotional and lifecycle initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with developing and deploying email campaigns focused on personalization, branding, context, product and cross channel promotions. The position requires technical expertise in digital marketing, combined with knowledge of best practices as it relates to email marketing programs.

Responsibilities

·  Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign build, set-up, scheduling, testing and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
·  Collaborate with creative and copy teams to provide clear direction for all email campaigns, automations, journeys and major initiatives.
·  Ensure each campaign or initiative reaches appropriate milestones on time, ensuring all project deliverables are on track.
·  Implement testing methodologies (A/B and multivariate testing) to improve conversion and engagement rates.
·  Lead the implementation of automated messaging via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including end to end journey building, audience targeting and personalization.
·  Leverage unique SFMC features including AMPscript, Predictive Intelligence, Journey Builder and Audience Builder to deliver a 1-1 experience to our golfer.
·  Track and report on key email and conversion metrics and make recommendations for optimization.
·  Work closely with the Database & Development Manager to identify opportunities for technology and data improvements for campaign enhancements.
·  Stay abreast of email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns.
·  Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B testing, and promotions that succeed through email
·  Adhere to the goals, standards and objectives of the Company

Qualifications/Requirements

• The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 1+ years of marketing experience with email marketing or CRM
Desired Characteristics

Experience with Email Service Providers (ex: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop, Mailchimp, Epsilon or similar)
• Basic HTML and SQL knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation, email success metrics.
• Knowledge of multivariate test setups to measure incremental value of email campaigns (A/B, splits, engagement, etc)
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency editing images and creative development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities
• Work well in fast paced, team oriented environment
• Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
