Responsibilities
Assist the Post Production Supervisor by maintaining retake lists, keeping track of footage deliveries and distribution of materials, ensuring deadlines are consistently met on each production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supports Post Production Supervisor in maintaining schedules for retake sessions, as well as spotting and review sessions with composer and sound designers; pre- and final mixes; color correction; quality control and final delivery.
· Tracks footage delivery deadlines; downloads and posts footage. Alerts editors and assistant editors of deliveries received.
· Responsible for retake lists, relaying retake lists and gathering clarification materials for outside studios.
· Responsible for audio notes, relays ADR requests and deadlines to Casting Supervisor, ensuring delivery of ADR in time for episode pre-mix.
· Distributes and posts QTs for internal and external review; tracking all notes that arise from these reviews.
· Attends sessions and takes thorough notes and ensures they are distributed to all appropriate production staff.
· On CG Series, works closely with Production Manager to ensure that predetermined animation stages are delivered to the Post department as scheduled. On 2D series, works with outside animation studio to ensure footage deliveries are received on time.
· Facilitates communication with partner studios by answering retake questions and coordinatingthe delivery of clarification materials in a timely manner.
· Helps Post Production Supervisor with marketing requests to ensure that all footage requests that pertain to their projects are fulfilled.
· Coordinates archiving activities.
· Assists with ad hoc projects

Qualifications/Requirements
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with internet and Gmail.
· Knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus but not essential
· Superb written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong time management skills; excellent multi-tasker and able to work well in a high-pressure environment.
Desired Characteristics
· Minimum 2 years of Post Production experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· BA/BS preferred
