Summary:
DreamWorks Animation Television has an exciting new opportunity for an Int'l Dubbing Coordinator to join its team based in Glendale, California.
The International Dubbing Coordinator will report directly to the International Dubbing Production Supervisor, while also working closely with the Manager of International Dubbing Creative Services and supporting the overall creative services department. He/she will be the point person for anything related to the management of the DWA TV International Casting Site.
Responsibilities:
●Liaise with DWA TV domestic casting and production teams to obtain current series documents (series bible and creative vision document) and media for implementation of localization directives related to casting, translations and brand management.
●Create voice test kits (VTKs) for all DWA TV shows and handle logistics of casting process utilizing DWA TV's casting site (Shotgun: database and project management software) in conjunction with up to 30 plus dubbing studios per project and the NBCU London TV distribution office.
●Conduct preliminary reviews of assigned voice tests before final approval of International Dubbing Manager and/or Supervisor.
●Provide additional support to the translations department on an as needed basis.
●Coordinate the creation of English audio descriptions for the hearing impaired and vet scripts and audio elements for quality control on assigned projects.
●Schedule department meetings, book conference rooms, and perform other administrative duties including organization of song budgets, cast lists, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
· Working knowledge of complex spreadsheet creation and DAM (Shotgun) database software
· Technical knowledge of dubbing processes/software preferred, but not required, individual must be willing to learn under the guidance of the supervisor and manager
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written especially with facilities, individuals, and/or companies where English is not the primary language
· Strong ability to multi-task under pressure
Desired Characteristics
· 1 year of experience in international creative services, dubbing and/or localization preferred
· Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred, but not required
· Bachelor's degree preferred
