Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will support TV Development Executives. Duties will include but are not limited to:

·Phone coverage, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, processing travel and business expenses, general office organization and other special projects as assigned.
·Preparing and distributing meeting materials
·Note taking and transcribing meeting notes as needed
·Script coverage
·Interfacing with individuals at all levels of the company, from entry level to top Executives, as well as a broad range of individuals outside the company.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Familiarity with major agencies, management companies
• Familiarity with powerpoint and making decks/presentations
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to read scripts and provide useful short coverage and comments
• Ability to research topics for project development
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar and Excel. Studio System and Photoshop a plus
• Must be proactive, able to multitask, and prioritize the workflow of the desks independently
Desired Characteristics

• An outgoing, confident individual that is able to demonstrate good judgment and discretion
• 2+ years work experience in a fast paced environment, Entertainment or Agency experience strongly preferred
• Candidates with a desire to learn and work in development strongly preferred
