Role Summary/Purpose:
This operational role is part of the Digital Distribution business segment of the Universal Pictures Home Entertainment group and is responsible for fulfilling the day-to-day tasks required to release all new and catalog digital titles on behalf of the domestic transactional business for both Movies & TV. This role works closely with Product & Account Management functions to ensure that proper timelines are met and standard process workflows are satisfied in order to facilitate the licensing and servicing of UPHE's domestic digital content through the supporting New Media & Television Distribution group. The ideal candidate is passionate about seeking new ways to streamline cross-functional communications and achieve exceptional operational efficiencies.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Manage the digital Film & TV release schedule to verify and communicate release titles, dates, pricing, and transitioning titles on a weekly basis between the domestic digital distribution business group and the operational licensing/servicing group
· Maintain digital content related product & carriage trackers, programming schedules, offer lists, and other data grids including both manual and system-generated reports to assist with ongoing licensing/servicing functions for both Movies & TV and across a variety of digital retailer deals including Hotel, MVPD Residential STB/PPV, EST, VOD, etc.
· Assist in the project management of initial Licensee launches including large backfill requests for content
· Serve as a Digital Distribution operational point of contact for new and existing Licensee operational points of contact
· Work with both Product & Licensing/Servicing to communicate the monthly TV release schedule for iTunes
· Work on any new projects including any IT initiatives with a content operations focus as directed by Management

Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year working in a content operations role supporting a transactional digital distribution business
· Minimum 1 year working to support digital distribution operations for both Film & TV product
· Experience working with content/digital asset management systems to research titles, rights, and related digital assets including digital distribution metadata and artwork
Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics
Desired Characteristics:
· Familiar with digital media/assets/formats, e.g.: SD/HD/4K UHD, closed-captions, sub/dub, etc.
· Familiar with digital media specifications, e.g.: EMA Avails, EIDR, etc.
· Familiar with basic digital data terminology and concepts, e.g.: primary identifiers, real-time APIs, XML data format, etc.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuously changing priorities and large distributed teams
· Highly organized with exceptional teamwork and client management skills
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to establish team workflows and maintain standard operating procedures by team members
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong application skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other productivity tools, e.g. Google Docs, Smartsheets, etc.
