Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and organizing social responsibility audits with international factories and ensuring Licenseesmeet NBCUniversal Code of Conduct standards. Reviews, researches, and responds to all Licensee submissions. Maintains collaborativepartnerships with internal departments and global Licensees.
Core responsibilities include:
·Promptly respond to submissions and inquiries sent to general program inbox.
·Provide customer service to Licensees and factories regarding program requirements and general requests/inquiries.
·Provide domestic and international Licensees with status of factories and guidance towards obtaining approval.
·High volume data entry of submission forms.
·Research factory submissions for audit/waiver eligibly.
·Request appropriate documentation ensuring follow up until obtained.
·Initial vetting of third party audit reports and evidence submitted for eligibility.
·Accurately update Licensee and factory information in internal database.
·Route eligible factories and inquiries to appropriate team members.
·Generate accurate approved factory lists.
·Aid in generation of approval letters while ensuring accuracy.
·Promptly identify and escalate issues to Licensee support and supervisor.
·Support supervisor on team projects.
