Responsibilities

Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships, the Client Partnerships Coordinator will help support the Client Partnerships team by creating, tracking, and managing materials, proposals and presentations forour leading clients across the NBCUniversal portfolio. The position will support the day-to-day activities and partnership between the Client Partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and grow our clients businesses.
Responsibilities

·  Work with SVP, Client Partnerships and team to create, develop and manage materials, proposals and presentations
·  Support the creation of presentations and assist in the development of reports
·  Coordinate and collaborate, as needed, with clients, sales, marketing, production, technology development, creative, editorial, legal, and product teams to support the clients' businesses
·  Help to manage the approval and fulfillment process for sponsorships to ensure quality control and timely executions
·  Create and manage client/partnerships tracking documents for internal distribution/communication
·  Administrative responsibilities, including budget management, as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization
