Responsibilities
· Prepare monthly and weekly programming schedules
· Prepare collateral for product trainings
· Logistics and admin support (ie: DHL parcel and premiums inventory)
· Assist in coordinating premiums and marketing collateral for regional affiliates
· Copywriting and planning layout for Distribution EDMs
· Updating monthly subscriber reports
· Support Affiliate marketing promotions
· Undertake a marketing research project on the broadcast and media industry
· Any other ad hoc distribution support

•Interest in Marketing and Market Research
•Proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel; experience with Photoshop a plus
•Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
•Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
•Ability to take initiative and work independently
•Excellent communication and a great team player
•Ready to learn and is motivated by this exciting “breaking news” industry
