We have multiple openings for bright Graduates to join both our UK and International recruitment teams working from our Doncaster offices. Navartis are a strong recruitment brand operating in exciting market where the earning potential is huge.

About the Role
Recruitment consultants are sales people. Navartis recruitment consultants sell themselves and their service to candidates and clients, ensuring that the needs of both are met in a professional manner.

The life of a Recruitment Consultant is challenging and requires somebody that is motivated, driven and resilient to handle the highs and lows of the role. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates that your clients are unable to find themselves. The primary accountability will be to hit revenue and activity targets, to progress yourself onto the next stage of your career and of course qualify for some un-missable incentives along the way!

This is a 12 week structured training program delivered and managed by our team of specialist, in-house trainers that will give you extensive preparation for your future recruitment career. About You

• Degree educated
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
• Proven ability in achieving or surpassing targets
• You must be driven by success - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
