Our Program

With our growing CIB business in Asia Pacific, we are seeking highly-motivated individuals to join our APAC Graduate Program. It is an accelerated 18-month generalist program commencing in August 2018 designed to help you gain business knowledge, technical skills and interpersonal skills. Through job rotation across the various businesses and a short term attachment to our Head Office in Paris, you will explore different areas of the bank, from Front Office to Support Functions. You will acquire fundamental banking knowledge and exposure for a rewarding career with Natixis.

This program targets candidates with a high - academic level and leadership achievements, who are able to withstand the rigors of a rapidly changing and demanding, but ultimately rewarding environment. 

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

CRITERIA for Eligible Applicants

  Qualifications

·  A keen interest in developing a career in banking
·  University and above degree in banking, economics, finance, or related fields.
·  < 1 year full time work experience

Knowledge/Skills

·  Native Mandarin and Fluent English
·  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
