Job Description

We are hiring a DevOps Coach (local contract) to join our team at Natixis Porto.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Main technical requirements:

·  Proven experience in the role
·  Good knowledge of the following tools:
·  XL Deploy
·  XL Release
·  Jenkins
·  Git
·  Bitbucket
·  Previous experience with TFS
·  Previous experience with Maven
·  Knowledge or previous experience with Sonar, Nexus and Jira

Other requirements:

·  Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Development background
·  Experience working with development teams
·  Ability to train and coach the teams, engaging them in the DevOps mindset
·  Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
