ABOUT BIODERMA:
Bioderma is specialized in Dermo-cosmetic products development intended for Medical prescription and medicinal consultancy. Always at the leading edge of technology, Bioderma Laboratoire Dermatologique is now recognized as a brand reference in French and international medical cosmetology.
MAIN MISSIONS:
PR activities:
- Relational: conduct on a quaterly basis the necessary action presentations for highlighting the USP for the brand;
- Institutional: plan and execute quarterly PR activities with the customers in the objective to build excellent business relationship;
- Events: share with the colleagues in inviting and sponsoring his HCPs to the international events or local events that Bioderma is participating in.
Commercial/ Supply Activities :
- Liaise with marketing managers to stay informed on the latest actions and to feed him with news from the field to increase marketing reactiveness.
- Liaise with manager to stay informed with latest objectives and results.
- Liaise with the Managers and supply partners to ensure the good stock management and sales orders for the outlets in the territory.
Administrative/Marketing Activities :
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses)
- Ensure the prompt transmission of relevant information from the healthcare professionals back to either the Marketing, Finance or Administration departments.
- Ensure the prompt reporting of adverse events to the Regulatory department in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Supply the SFE core reports that reflect the efficiency of his territory management.
- Attain the minimum needed log in hours for the E-learning program.
- Send the needed sales analysis reports in timely manner.
- Quarterly area sales analysis presentation demonstrating the sales outcomes from the different outlets and the growth.
- Biannual customer list double axis segmentation and targeting analysis.
- Appling quarterly the ROI LIST.
- Attend at the arranged schedule for the office.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
QUALIFICATION:
- Master degree in pharmacy, sales, marketing...
- Fluent in French. English spoken and written. Flemish is a plus.
- Medical knowledge related to the indication.
- Experience in sales is preferable.
