Description du poste :

As a Global E-commerce Key Account Manager, you will setup a new eCom business models in Europe developing e-retail partnership and sales.  You will also work on maximizing the potential of International big Players outside EU.
You will be accountable for P&L of the biggest European e-retailers.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to help maximize the online customer experience & grow the eCommerce business for NAOS brands.
This position requires strong negotiation and communication skills when dealing with stakeholders internal and external.

Key Responsibilities :

Define the European e-Retail framework (Conditions, price, trade marketing …) for NAOS brands
Build a strong partnership with major e-retailers , Lead, develop, negotiate and implement 1 – 3 years joint business plans.  
Plan and execute e-commerce activation in line with NAOS e-commerce guidelines and local  master brand plan .
Joint customer management a Glocal approach: Turnover & profit , business plan, promo, media campaign. You will not manage the retailer day to day tasks (PO, invoice, customer service)
Manage e-retailers to boost brands’ visibility & conversion
Build accurate forecasts and track performance of customer. Report e-commerce KPIs & insights
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and digital teams at local and Global level
Conduct category business reviews to discuss the state of the business, consumer trends, key business drivers, incremental opportunities.
Identify key competitors´ activities within clients : price, promo, media and derived the adequate actions to maintain / grow business
Share analysis, best practices to other KAMs to further improve eCommerce development at Brick& Click
Coach and train local team on new e-commerce developments and trends


Qualifications:
Strong Experience in negotiation and P&L management
Experience in online merchandising, or for a transactional ecommerce website
Experience in managing online retailers, Brick & Click retailers, offline retailers
Knowledge of eCommerce and Digital analytics / Kpis
Experience working with cross-functional groups (sales / marketing / digital)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hard working with a "no task is too small" attitude, pro-active and leading attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
