It’s Christmasssss!

Okay, not quite, but it’ll be snow, sleigh bells and Santa before you know it. There’ll also be a whole bunch of Naked Wines customers who need help stocking up their racks with lovely wine. If you’re good enough, that’s where you come in…

We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic and hard working people to join our Customer Happiness Team in the busy run up to Christmas.

Working in our UK head office, your duties will include:

• Dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls

• Replying to and sending emails

Hours

• Typically 37.5 per week, Monday - Sunday

• Early, daytime and night shifts available

• Temporary contract from end October/early November to 31st December 2015
