My Private Villas is a luxury villa rental company based in London that promotes globally rentals of circa 400 villas/chalets/private islands worldwide to direct clients and other agencies.

My Private Villas is proud to be different as it isn’t a typical rental agency: it is a club of private owners who wish to offer their properties for rent directly to discerning guests at rates that are lower than anywhere else.

Each villa, chalets, beach houses and chateaux is thoroughly vetted prior to being listed. In addition to provide guests with a truly personalized experience our owners.

Offer the best luxurious villas at the best rates available on the market;
Create tailor made marketing and promotional activities for the villa owners.

Purpose of the role
To support the team to develop new products and new marketing activities.

Role description
The Marketing & Operations Volunteer will support the development of new products and new marketing activities, assisting with the day to day tasks of the Training Programme.

Key tasks are likely to include:
Develop new products and update new information on existing products on the Company website
Assisting the marketing team to develop new marketing activities
Assisting the marketing team to develop new promotional activities
Maintain relations with third parties
Ensuring Administration filing systems are maintained in an orderly manner
Setting up of new digital files and archiving them as required
Data entry
Being responsive and accountable
Other tasks as requested by the Company

The learning outcomes in relation to this volunteer placement with My Private Villas are as follows:
You will acquire increased understanding of the luxury rental market.
Gain organizational skills
Gain knowledge in Marketing

Volunteers will receive regular supervision and support throughout their placement.

Terms and conditions 

This is an unpaid volunteer position.
Expenses for food and reasonable travel on working days will be reimbursed.
The role will be based in the My Private Villas Office in South West London, near Tooting Broadway Station.

Duration 3-6 months.
Immediate start.

Desired profile

Undergraduate degree
English mother tongue or proficient level of English
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
Ability to work on own initiative and in team
Experience in supporting documentation processes
Great interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Great communication skills, coupled with excellent computer literacy and ability to adapt and learn new things
Interest in the luxury tourism
