Job description

My client is a leading recruiter to the Healthcare market, turnover £50m last year and in the top 10 of the 'Recruiter hot 100' list for 2012/13, which charts leading recruitment agencies, and in the 'Times' Fast Track 100, which lists leading businesses for the year.

They are now looking to recruit two talented Trainee Recruitment Consultants onto their Training and development scheme which will see you trained by experts in their field in an organisation recognised as the stand-out market leader.

Basic salary will be £18k and successful candidates will be able to significantly add to that over a first year by earning generous bonuses and payrises, paid out against targets hit. First year OTE £24K-£32K, 2nd year £32k-£45k. Outstanding Trainees in the past have gone on to earn £50k+ in their second year.
