Car Sales Executive

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our sales team at Stratford upon Avon.

Description

Typically you can expect to earn £35,000 - £40,000 OTE per annum in your first year, however, many individuals earn well in excess of this amount.

In addition, you will recevie a company car, training and the chance to progress within the company.

The role and responsibilities include:

• Customer Satisfaction (CSI): You will build trust & rapport, communicate effectively and exceed our customer’s expectations.

• Maximising Opportunities: Through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.

• Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and up-selling finance and add-on products.

• Data Quality and FCA Compliance: Accurately collect customer contact and vehicle data (adhering to the Company’s FCA obligations).

What we’re looking for:

• This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Car Sales Executive. However, we would also consider candidates outside of the motor trade, if they demonstrated an ability and skill set that would match the requirements of the advertised role.

• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.

• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.

• You will possess a valid a licence

• Confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.

Working Hours

Typically your working hours are between 08.45 and 18.00 Monday - Friday, between 08.45 and 17.00 Saturday and Sundays 10:45 - 16:00. You will receive one day off a week for the first two weeks of the rotor with 3 days off on the third and final week of the rotor.
