We are currently recruiting for Chill Operatives at our Bellshill Site. As a Chill Operative, you will operate chill trolley packers and chill shrinkwrappers, manually pack milk into trolleys, move full trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill.

Your challenge

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

• Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring product is fit for purpose and highlighting any non-conformance with minimal downtime

• Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill

• Operate RCP and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment

• Operate shrinkwrapper and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment

• Ensure good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout their shift

• Part of an effective hand over between shifts, remaining within the chill until a relief takes over

• Complete all documentation, ensuring up to date and available

• Operate trolley wash and ensures adequate trolley supply to fillers

• Lead by example encouraging appropriate behavioral safety and technical standards in support of Company values and culture

• Carryout tasks requested by both, WMS Coordinator & Team Leader

*Please note, this role is for a 3 month fixed term period. For an internal candidate, this would be a secondment opportunity*
