Job description

MTM is an award-winning market research and strategy agency. Our expertise spans many different sectors, covering media and entertainment, technology and telecoms, sports, arts and culture, and the public and third sectors.

We run an on-going internship programme within our research team. Interns typically join us for 2-4 weeks. There is the possibility of extending this internship.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the research team and be exposed to a range of projects for some of the biggest media brands, including the BBC, YouTube, Google, and Channel 4 (amongst others!).

We will aim to give our interns experience across the business, in both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as with our strategy consulting team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in market research and in particular within the media industry.

Graduates will be paid the national minimum wage for the period of the internship, and non-graduates (applicants who are still studying) will have their travel and lunch costs covered.

Desired profile

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic applicants who are interested in a career in media research or market research. A 2.1 or 1st class degree from a top university is required, as well as excellent writing skills. Experience in quantitative or qualitative research (academic or professional) would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
