Location: Loughton, Essex Salary: £15,000 to £20,000 p.a. - dependent on knowledge and experience, plus benefits

Hours: Full Time, working week consists of 37.5 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent

An experienced Cross Trained Applications Advisor is required to join a fast growing internet finance company which provides online credit solutions to a diverse client group.

Their aim is to ensure an innovative and timely approach to all of their customers. They offer an alternative to High Street lending by listening to their customers and offering instant solutions that help them manage their short term needs.

The main purpose of Cross Trained Applications Advisor is to review new or returning customers loan applications received and ensuring all compliance and loan detail checks are carried out 100% accurate prior to funding.

To apply for this role you must have GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, strong written & verbal communication, accurate attention to detail, ability to manage own work load and meet strict deadlines, have confident telephone manner and have good listening skills.
