Automotive Image Retoucher

Job description

Motor Verso are currently looking for an enthusiastic, and talented intern retoucher to join our team. You’ll be primarily responsible for the retouching images of the cars we feature. You will be working closely with the editor to ensure the delivery of creative, high-quality imagery, in-line with brands vision.

We shoot cars for car features on at Motor Verso and we are looking for some help to improve our image quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Retouch automotive images.
- Colour matching samples to images as and when necessary.
- Template and process images to website specifications.
- Perform quality assurance on all images and be responsible for completion of work to deadlines.
- Showing initiative, and creativity within part of a team, which is constantly improving its imagery.
- At times, retouch images again if aspects need to be changed or improved

Skills and Experience:

- An excellent working knowledge of Photoshop is essential.
- Colour matching skills.
- Strong retouching skills and excellent attention eye for detail.
- Self-motivation to hit deadlines, and initiative to work as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of colour correction.
- Ability to work efficiently on a high volume of images and meet challenging deadlines.

The role is unpaid and designed to build real-world experience.
