As part of our international development, we are recruiting a professional, VIE contract, based in Barcelona with frequent trips to France.
Job description :
Design and realization of a control room offer
Under the responsibility of the Barcelona manager, he/she will design and build an offer for control rooms, based on existing modules of the market.
These control rooms are composed of an image wall controlled by a video server, interfaces with VMS software (such as Genetec or Milestone) or CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), and operator consoles equipped with KVM technology.
Concretely, after a period of training with our tools and layout for control rooms, he/she will have to achieve the following tasks:
- benchmark of solutions in the market
- construction of an offer configurator and selection of technology partners
- realization of a demonstration installation: prototyping, programming and parameterization of IT and multimedia tools: hardware, software, network
- responses to Requests for Quotation to validate the solution
This job involves exchanging and working with project managers in France and Slovakia as well as external service providers.
Your profile :
- Scientific Higher Education
- Network skills (LAN, WAN, MPLS, IP, ATM, FW / NAT, ...) and programming languages (JAVA, C, Python, ...).
- Experience installing and configuring APIs and virtual machines would be appreciated
- Wants to get involved in a start-up that develops innovative concepts.
- Curious and autonomous in his/her work.
- Fluent English. French and Spanish would be a big plus.
