We are currently recruiting for Store Colleagues at Horndean Supermarket to work across lots of our departments including Café, Bakery packers, Fruit & Veg and Market Street.

As a Store Colleague your role is to be a positive brand ambassador, deliver great customer service to our customers and support with the smooth running of the store. This could involve everything from helping a customer locate a specific item, setting up promotional material or replenishing stock.

We are open 7 days per week between 7am – 11pm which means our store colleague opportunities can offer varied shift contracts including part time and full time opportunities. We also operate a night shift to ensure our stores are in tip top shape for the next day.

What will you need?

·  Provide an efficient, friendly service at all times, maintaining a customer friendly environment
·  Be a Good Communicator
·  Responsible, trustworthy and flexible individual
·  Desire to work in a fast-paced, customer facing environment
·  Have a team-oriented approach
·  Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
