We have a great opportunity for a Scheduler to join our Farmer's Boy site in Winsford, Cheshire . The successful Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling workflow.

Reporting to the Site Planning Manager you will plan the production operation according to previously established manufacturing rates and lead times to ensure common site goal is achieved.

This function will be the focal point of operations, creating operations scheduling plans in balance with sales orders, raw materials and equipment availability, in order to fulfil customer requirements.

Farmer's Boy Winsford was acquired by Morrisons in 2012 and sits on 12 acres of land. Having undergone extension in 2014 the site now operates 30 production lines, operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week employing 800 colleagues. The site produce over 900 tons / 2 million packs of beef, pork, lamb, mince and burgers per week.

What will I do ?

· Ensure all colleagues are fully aware of production status and that work planning and execution objectives are integrated, communicated and deliverable
· Create an environment to ensure we monitor, analyse and report on performance in a timely manner
· Weekly review of planning schedule ensuring it is achievable and all required materials/system updates are available
· Liaise with the Sales team as required for order amendments
· Liaise with internal departments as required to ensure full communication of information
