We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Merchandising Planner to join our Home & Leisure Merchandising team at Hilmore House in Bradford.

In the role you’ll successfully manage a category to deliver company sales and margin targets. You’ll be responsible for the departmental performance, continually anticipating the customers’ expectations.

• Planning, controlling and monitoring the purchasing, intake and distribution of merchandise
• Departmental strategy alongside the buyer
• Developing effective working relationships with suppliers and internal departments

• Solid merchandising background
• Experience of pre-season planning to deliver a commercial range with a profitable model
• Experience of OTB and in season trade
• Able to deliver increased sales and profit growth through sound business knowledge and retail experience
• Analytical thinking – manage multiple data sources and make the appropriate decisions for sales, stock, markdown and profit
