We currently have opportunities for dependable and adaptable Machine Operators to join our Produce Manufacturing site in Rushden . We are keen to hear from individuals who are looking to widen their experience and training.

Successful Machine Operators will work 6am - 6pm on 3 2 2 shift pattern.

A bit about Rushden :

·  Vegetable packhouse of 117,000 sq ft on 9.5 acres of land
·  300-350 colleagues
·  73,000T of potatoes, 25,000T of carrots and 20,000T of onions pet year
·  Delivers to 198 stores via three RDCs
·  31 SKUs including: pickling onions, Brussel sprouts, King Edwards and Maris Piper

Machine Operator duties include :

·  Completing efficient changeovers
·  Liaising with Shift Coordinators
·  Running the line effectively and efficiently
·  Helping to drive performance on the line
·  Completing and keeping up to date with all paperwork
·  Maintaining high standard of product quality

The successful candidates will :

·  Have good literacy and numeracy
·  Be able to deliver to deadlines
·  Have the ability to successfully coordinate multiple activities
·  Display a professional manner at all times
·  Demonstrate a 'Can Do' and positive approach
