We are currently looking for General Operatives to join us on a permanent basis working at our manufacturing sites in Grimsby (International Seafoods) Lakeside and Pegasus Way on the Grimsby Europarc.

You'll be joining our manufacturing team processing salmon, white fish, prawns, mussels, smoked fish and surimi working in our state of the art facilities with a footprint of over 120,00sqf. We have an ambitious and exciting future growth agenda and we are looking for experienced candidates to join us and help achieve our goals!

Our General Operatives have a key role in working together to deliver daily production schedules and to work with us to identify ways that the production process could be improved.

To be considered for any of our opportunities you will need :

·  Good communication skills both written & spoken English
·  To be committed to ensuring the sites’ succeed in achieving its objectives
·  A good understanding of safe working practices
·  Good attention to detail
·  Capable of working at a fast pace
·  Flexibility to work longer hours during the busy periods

Experience in a production environment is desirable, but not essential as we provide great training and love nothing more than to develop our people. You will be part of a passionate team, working in a busy, fast paced environment where passion and commitment are essential.

Available shifts are as follows :

6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm – on a 5 over 7 contract

6am - 6pm Weekend contract (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
