Moriarty Law are an innovative Law firm that specialises in legal recoveries for clients across a broad spectrum within the financial services and educational sectors. We are based in London and Surrey.

Following a recent review of our operations and to support further business growth, we are looking to expand our legal recoveries department in our offices in West Byfleet, Surrey and require two new Litigation Executives to join our team.

Managing a caseload of contentious cases throughout the pre-litigation and litigation process, you will help the team maximise collections and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Specific aspects of the role include: management of contentious cases, ensuring the use of appropriate litigation and/or pre litigation methods; progressing suitable litigation cases through our litigation workflow; escalating cases which may prove to be at risk of costs or company reputation; supporting the Senior Solicitors/ Head of Litigation; Ensuring Treating Customers Fairly principles and SRA principles are adhered to; identifying mediation and/or settlement opportunities and negotiating customer settlements; and helping maintain an accurate and up to date position of accounts in our bespoke case management system.

Applicants for this role should preferably have some experience of dealing with litigation but experience within a similar role is not essential. You should have strong negotiation and customer awareness skills along with good time management and account management skills.
