The context 👀

Following a re-organisation of the Product team, we need strong Product Design skills to increase our readiness level on this subject, to mentor the current Product Designer, and to carry an ambitious Design vision.



🎯 Your main missions:

As a part of the Product team and reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be contributing to the overall strategy of the product alongside your Product and Engineering counterparts, while overseeing the overall design strategy, process and consistency across the product.



Your main objective: Make the MoovOne platform design on top of the industry standards.



As a Lead Product Designer, you will:



Define and oversee the design strategy & contribute to the roadmap choices :

- Define the design resources, process and setup needed in order to deliver on the strategy

- Formalize in collaboration with the main stakeholders the product design principles that will guide the design decisions

- Maintain the Design System

- Develop and sustain the User-centered design approach and standards to deliver features users will love

- Help the team collect, understand and leverage pain points and user insights



Be part of an impact team and contribute to the discovery, delivery and growth of impactful product updates in collaboration with the Product Managers, Developers & QA



Shape the design culture in your domain and at MoovOne :

- Ensure a consistent UI and UX experience across the whole user journey

- Mentor another Product Designer and contribute to her development

🙌 Team organisation:

You will integrate a team of 4: 2 Product Managers, 1 Product Designer, 1 CPO

The technical team: 4 front-end developers, 4 back-end developers, 1 CTO

You'll also be interacting with other stakeholders on a regular basis (coaches, participants & clients)

Desired profile

Required Profile:

At least 5 years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer,

Strong knowledge of design thinking and validation techniques (Ideation, co-conception workshops, usability testing, card sorting, ...),

Strong visual design skills,

Good skills in collecting & gathering user insights,

You believe testing out different ideas and systematically gather feedback on them is the best way to come up with great design solutions.
