Trade Development Manager - Grocery Sector

Salary - up to £21,500 + 10% Bonus + Van+ Laptop +Smart phone + Pension

The Role:

You will be responsible for the implementation of the commercial strategy in Grocery stores across a set territory. You will ensure coverage is met, promotional activity is initiated and have all stores working to planogram whilst also gaining space and distribution. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with your in-store contacts and hold review and brand update meetings with Store Managers. You will work to targets, ensuring full distribution of the product range is achieved in all outlets.

The Person:

You will have a can do attitude with strong commutation skills

You will ideally have worked in the Grocery

You will have the ability to influence and challenge

You will have the ability to gather and analyse information

You will ideally be educated to Degree Standard

The Requirements:

It is a requirement of this role that you hold a driving licence and are legally entitled to work in the UK. You will be required to attend team events, therefore you must be willing to stay away over-night throughout the year. This role demands energy, passion and being able to identify with the category. You may be required to attend festivals, music or sporting events to represent our brands.
