Sales Intern - Ecommerce Consultancy - London, Mayfair

Monsoon Consulting is looking to hire an intern for a high paced 3 month internship starting January. We design, build and support commercial, scalable and beautifully engaging ecommerce, Content Management and Bespoke and Mobile Applications that are optimised and connected for the world we live in today. Over the last few years we have specialised in Magento and Drupal frameworks and now have a deep and extensive knowledge of both platforms and this focus has helped us to achieve truly amazing results for our clients. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for lifestyle brands, an interest in retail, and a desire to learn.
We are well established in Ireland, however the UK office has just opened, and as such should be viewed as a start-up and given the nature of start-ups, this role is all encompassing, but will deal primarily with supporting the Commercial Director with Sales & Marketing campaigns. You will be coached on consultative sales processes and techniques. Compensation is in line with internships at any startup with the added benefit of commission and other incentives, with the possibility of extending your role within the company. In exchange, this role will expose you to all the ins and outs of Ecommerce and the day to day nuances of running a start-up. Some travel will be required around the time of trade fairs and networking events, and flexibility is expected.

Desired profile

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must be available to work some weekends
Interest in ecommerce is a must
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Fluent English is a must, second language is a plus
