We are looking for motivated interns to assist our Promo/Category Managers !
We offer 2 different internships with the opportunity to work on world-famous brands within the following categories:
- Chocolate: Milka, Côte d'Or
- Biscuits: Oreo, Milka, LU
You'll be able to work on a varierty of tasks:
Promotion:
Analysis:
Develop a holistic understanding of your category 
Periodically analyze brand performance as well as competitor activity
Dive into our promo data, evaluate promotions and make interpretations
Strategy:
Help to develop our future promo long-term plans based on your in-depth analysis 
Look for market trends and development opportunities to optimize our promotions
Assortment:
Track the product portfolio of your category and identify a priority range of products for our customers
Participate the implementation of product launches through operational support 
Merchandising:
Realize periodic analysis and reports on main KPIs
Participate in the creation merchandising tools

Desired profile

You might be the one we are looking for if…

You are still enrolled in a University or Business school and you are studying towards a Master’s Degree
You have already completed an internship in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG
Your analysis and synthesis capabilities are your strong points
You are action oriented, reliable, like figures and love teamwork
You are recognized for your rigor, your creativity, your autonomy and your proactivity
You are familiar with Excel and Power Point and the knowledge of the panels (Nielsen) would be a plus
You are fluent in English
Additional fluency in French or Dutch is a plus

This is a full time internship that lasts for 6 months (during or at the end of your studies) starting End of July / Beginning of August 2018 in Mechelen (30 minutes from Brussels by train). You will have access to the company restaurant and will receive a compensation according to Mondelez local regulations. Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be in English.

It is also a chance to become part of Mondelez talent pool of interns : a high majority of our junior opportunities across Europe are filled by our previous interns !
