The Role
Customer Service & Logistics
Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
As a Trainee Supply Planner you’ll be a support for the team in taking responsibility for the weekly production planning creation and execution, monitoring production capacity for finished goods across MEU plants network. 
 
If you have a big talent for communication, willing to join a multinational team and you’re eager for knowing better the End2End planning area, then you’ve just taken one small step closer to your perfect role.
 
Main Duties:
Supporting production planning processes and proposing actions to secure business continuity
Planning raw & pack materials
Monitoring logistic flows
Supporting the team in the day to day operations
Developing and maintaining strong linkages with manufacturing sites.

Qualifications


Graduate in one of the following: Business, finance, economics, technical or similar (max 2 years experience)
Good level of English is essential
Polish speaking would be desirable
Excellent organisational skills
Very good collaboration and interpersonal skills
Analytical mind-set
Proficiency in MS Office - particularly Excel

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of a permanent placement at the end

Location: Warsaw
